In this snow, it is hard to motivate myself.
I am training for a half-marathon this coming April 9...
I missed my Tuesday run because of the snow, and took my (short) Wednesday run on a treadmill.
Treadmills are my enemy, I cannot stay on them long enough.
Today will be tough--can I run 5 miles on a treadmill? I don't think I will.
Here's to accountability (or snow melting). I have to run those 5 miles today.
And lift. (Thursday is my hard day.)
