Saturday I went running, here are the stats:
5.65 miles: 54 minutes
10.5 miles: 103 minutes
11.3 miles: 112 minutes
12.? miles: 129 minutes
So... I basically didn't have the energy, specifically in my quads, to keep it up. But the race is in 2 weeks, and it is 13.1 miles.
Today, I walked for a half hour twice. I couldn't handle much else. Darn quads.
Tomorrow is a lifting day.
